Even behind a mask, even behind chains and prison guards surrounding him, Hannibal exudes everything that is evil. The terror that surrounds a man who eats human flesh for a living is horrific in and of itself but the actor in the movie also has a psychiatric background in the role he is portraying which makes him even scarier as he knows just which button to press when you are sitting in front of him.
