The movie that began “bumping the lamp”, “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” is the movie that brought to the culture of movies another take, a story combining both animation and live characters. It is based on the 1981 novel by Gary Wolf with the original title “Who Censored Roger Rabbit”. The story of a private eye helping out the sultry Jessica Rabbit, a character that to this day is oftentimes one of people’s favorites to dress up as on Halloween (even Heidi Klum dressed up as her). The movie includes a mix of cartoon character cameos, including a memorable turn with Daffy Duck side by side with Donald Duck in a piano dual with disastrous consequences.
